General Instructions for losing Weight and
Maintainance :
Take: 12-15 glasses of water per Day ( appro.
: 1-2 Liter )
SALT: To be restricted ( no extra salt ), avoid
Pickles, papads & canned, bottled and stored
foods (where preservatives are added) ·
OIL: Use Saffola Oil (Kardi Oil) or any Sunflower
oil or rice Bran Oil (Tandul Oil) or (Soya Oil)
= Vital or corn oil or olive oil.
MILK: Use Toned milk, Cow's milk or Skimmed
milk powder.
CURD: To be derived from skimmed milk. ·
SUGAR: Avoid sugar, use artificial sweeteners
(sugar free) equal or sweet-low)
Those are better for losing weight and are safer
- natural amino acid-aspartame.
Always insist on fresh foods, freshly cut vegetables,
raw salads & clear soups.
Use lean or white meats (fish and chicken) no
leg pieces.
Grill bake or boil-don't fry, at least do not
deep fry ·
Take fresh Lime soda instead of cold beverages
or alcohol
Regularly exercise: Brisk walking for 30 minutes,
No Vigorous Exercise. Person above the Age of
30 is advised not to do vigorous exercise and
aerobics unless guided by medical persons.
