Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all
the ingredients except the chicken breast in
a pan and bring to a boil. Place the chicken
in a ovenproof dish and cover with the mixture.
Cover the dish and bake for 50 minutes or until
done.
Notes: Good source of Vitamin B6 and Niacin.
